Top Tips:
1. Chill the cake at least 10 minutes before stencil application.
2. Stabilise the stencil using pins to secure the stencil to the cake so it doesn’t move.
3. Patience. No peeking! Wait until the excess icing has been scraped off before lifting the stencil.
